Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: identity and contact details (name, email, phone); account and authentication data for the client portal; messages and attachments you send (email, web forms, WhatsApp, documents); technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps); and operational metadata needed to deliver our services and maintain security.
If you message us on WhatsApp Business, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. provides the messaging infrastructure. We receive your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata.
